You can heal your lifeYou Can Heal Your Life

by Louise Hay

Ian’s Review of You Can Heal Your Life

I think this book may be a tough pill to swallow for some.

“Thoughts do create things” is pretty much the fundamental premise of this book. And the author delves into the idea so much so that she created a chart that lays out various illnesses and their corresponding thought patterns.

As a hands on healer I see these thought patterns manifesting into illness all the time. Through chat therapy a recurring thought or self-belief usually emerges.

This book, if you’re open to it’s philosophies and premise will change your life. Not only change it but give you tools to transform it easily.

What the BleepWhat The Bleep Do We Know!?

Discovering the Endless Possibilities for Altering Your Everyday Reality

by William Arntz, Betsy Chasse and Mark Vicente

Ian’s Review of What The Bleep Do We Know!?

I saw What the Bleep in theatres and loved it. I walked out of the darkness and emerged into the dawning of a new paradigm shift.

So when I discover that the creators of the movie had put out a book I bought it right away.

And after reading the book I have to say that I think it’s better than the movie.

This book is like the science book you wish you read in high-school. Imagine how different your life would be if that was the case.

Here’s a quote from the book:

“The bottom line, at least as far as science has gone up till now, is this: We create the world we perceive. When I open my eyes and look around, it is not ‘the world’ that I see, but the world my human sensory equipment is able to see, the world my belief system allows me to see, and the world that my emotions care about seeing or not seeing.”

I know a lot of hardcore science people say that this type of stuff is fluff or pseudo-science. And I can understand that. But the key I think is to realize that this type of pseudo-fluff-science has inspired and will continue to inspire millions of people to have the courage to change their lives.

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert KiyosakiRich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

Ian’s Review Of Rich Dad Poor Dad

I’ve have purchased and given away this book more times than I can remember.

I even went to go check out this book on my book shelf and realized that it’s currently out “on loan”.

Which means I’ll never see it again so it’s time to buy myself another copy.

And even though there may be some controversy around Mr. Kiyosaki I still recommend this book.

For anyone that’s looking for inspiration to get them out of the rat race then this book is for you.

It helped me to realize that if I don’t show up to work then I don’t get paid, and this is a bad place t be financially.

Instead it would better for me financially to create and invest in cash-flow producing assets.

I know it sounds boring but it’s not.

This book will get your fired up and ready to create your own personal empire. More >

Ian’s Review of Think and Grow Rich

I think that every single person on the planet interested in self-improvement has read this book.

The big thing though is whether or not you’ve put these life changing principles and practices into effect in your life.

You need to take action on your definite chief aim.

This book will change your life.

It has influenced the likes of Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale, Jack Canfield and more.

This is one of the few books that I will make sure that my Son and Daughter read.

As You Think by James Allen As You Think by James Allen

Ian’s Review of As You Think

This was the best $2.99 that I’ve ever spent!

I found my copy of As You Think at a used book store.

It takes superhuman strength for me to not go into a used bookstore and come out with an armful of books.

But on this day I only came out with this one.

In the version I have the book starts with a quote from James Allen,

“Mind is the master power that molds and makes, And we are Mind, and evermore we take the tool of thought, and shaping what we will, Bring forth a thousand joys, a thousand ills. We think in secret, and it comes to pass – Our environment is but our looking glass.”

Amazing!

Success principles by Jack CanfieldThe Success Principles: How To Get from Where You Are To Where You Want To Be by Jack Canfield with Janet Switzer

Ian’s Review Of The Success Principles

This is one of those books that I’m going to get my children to read.

I love this book!

I can’t remember how this book came into my life but I’m so grateful that it did.

The Success Principles is an easy and engaging read. There’s tons of stories in here to drive home the key points that Canfield is trying to get across.

I think one of my favorite things about this book is that it starts out teaching you about responsibility. That if you don’t take 100% responsibility for your life you’re never going to be a true success.

Check out the reviews of The Success Principles on Amazon.

The Master Key System

by Charles F. Haanel

My Personal Review of The Master Key System

I asked the universe for this book.

I was frustrated, confused and fed up. I was reading so much at this time in my life.

Intuitively I knew that the universe was simple and responsive. So complicated systems to help me manifest and use the law of attraction in my life just weren’t working.

I declared to the universe, “Please send me a clear, concise and dogma free system to help me understand and master the law of attraction in my life.”

The universe’s answer was “The Master Key System” by Charles F. Haanel. More >
